All the Projects is overseen by Pierre Marais (Registered Architectural Professional), to make sure all regulations is followed to provide our clients with workable approved building plans.

We offer a full service (from consulting with clients up to the approval of Building Plans) in areas where we have Agents in Pretoria / Johannesburg, the Garden Route (George to Plettenberg Bay) or in Cape Town where our Parow office handle all Projects in the Northern

& Southern Suburbs of Cape Town & other Towns in the Peninsula. If we do not have an Agent in your area we're still able to design & draft your New home according to your specifactions & forward the complete set of plans through to you by overnight post.
